Terms and Conditions
Acceptance
By accessing or using this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the service immediately. Continued access and use constitute acceptance of any amendments. These Terms represent the entire agreement regarding your use.
Account Eligibility & Security
Users must be at least 13 years old, or the applicable age as mandated by local law, to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current registration information. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Report any unauthorized access promptly.
Permitted Use & Conduct
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited behaviors include hacking, spamming, distributing malicious code, or infringing on intellectual property rights. You must not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the security or integrity of the service. Violating users may be suspended, terminated, or subject to legal action.
User-Generated Content
All content you upload, post, or submit remains your property, subject to a license that allows the service to host, display, and distribute that content. You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights necessary to grant this license. The service reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the service for any third-party claims related to your content.
Pricing & Payment
Certain features require payment of fees as displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges associated with your purchase. If payment is not received, access to paid features may be suspended until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Subscription Renewal & Cancellation
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription and disable auto-renewal through your account settings. Disabling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro-rata refunds are given for partial use of a billing cycle.
Service Updates & Changes
The service may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Major changes that materially affect functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated service. No compensation is owed for modifications or discontinuations.
Suspension & Termination
The service may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms, security concerns, or business needs. Notice of suspension or termination will be provided where feasible. Upon suspension or termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded materials and cease all use of the service.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license to use the service in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited. Legal remedies may be pursued against infringers.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and its affiliates disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the prior six months.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise decided.
